Jassim Siraj set an example for his team and the rest of the organization about being persistent in meeting his brief objectives, taking the extra mile to improve quality, for being professional with all the critical reviews, for helping his colleagues within the department and across the group, and most of all, for enjoying doing it. All of these bring up the level of productivity and the quality in what we do.
